David Clarke FBCS CITP, is chief technology officer of theTrustBridge and a leading authority on security issues with experience across Finance, Telecoms and the Public Sector. A Fellow of the British Computer Society, the most senior professional grade, David had a distinguished career at British Telecom (BT) prior to joining forces with mesospheric to head up the security practice.
At BT, David held a suite of senior security posts including Global Head of Security Product Enablement, Global Head of Security Service Delivery and Head of Global Security Infrastructure. His work included building secure operations capabilities, often from scratch, and developing a full Cyber incident response. Other projects included the development of CERT on a Financial Intranet which handled 3.5 Trillion dollars of trading per day, rollout of managed security services with a $400 million dollar global install base for which David headed up the architecture and oversaw implementation. A recognised thought leader in the InfoSec industry, David has over over 28,000 twitter followers and is the author of a forthcoming book on cyber
Carol Tullo LLB Barrister is a senior Consultant of The Trust Bridge, Carol was, until July 2017, Director of Information Policy and Services, Controller and Queen's Printer, National Archives, Carol was responsible for providing leadership in information management and policy across government and the wider public sector to improve the way information is managed and exploited to deliver real benefit for those that use and access this valuable resource. As Controller of Her Majesty’s Stationery Office, Queen’s Printer of Acts of Parliament, Queen’s Printer for Scotland, and Government Printer for Northern Ireland, she delivers a range of UK wide official documents.
Carol’s area of expertise is Open data and access to public sector information, legal regulation of IP, Crown copyright and database rights, media and publishing, dissemination and information accessibility and standards both from private and public sectors rooted in information management and executive responsibility government information management, assurance and security.

Alan Davis, Director of US Operations Alan is the Director of US Operations for The Trust Bridge. He is an accomplished leader with experience in the association and non profit sector. Alan served for 18 years as the Executive Director of a national higher education association and foundation. In addition, he spent several years leading a foundation focused on victim assistance and crime prevention on college campuses. Alan is a dedicated volunteer, having served in a variety of leadership positions with organizations related to association management.

Ann Limond, Associate Consultant Ann is an associate consultant with The Trust Bridge, and is a qualified Enterprise Architect (Togaf 9.1) and experienced ICT Technologist partnering Business and IT to scope and deliver effective solutions. She has managed Stakeholders and Communications to Board Level, and large-scale, complex IT-enabled business transformation and digital change Programmes and Projects.
Ann has run companies providing IT and digital transformation consultancy and services and has extensive vendor management and procurement experience. Ann has worked across various sectors including Central Government, IT Consultancy, Retail and Investment Banking, Oil, Shipping and Telecoms.
She is currently advising organisations on General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), alongside experts in CyberSecurity, Legal, IT Strategy and Delivery.
